     Personal Effectiveness Consultant



BACKGROUND

Karen has been working in the area of adult learning and development for more than 25 years.  Most recently, she was responsible for leadership training for the US-based manufacturing facilities for Coca-Cola North America.  In that role, she developed and implemented the Supply Chain Leadership Program, a year-long series of training, coaching and project work that focused on applying competency-based and leadership training to business problems and projects.  Training topics included the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Project Management, Time Management, Coaching and Giving Feedback, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, to name a few.  During the six years that she facilitated the program, she was able to achieve a return on investment from this program of more than 200%. 


CURRENT WORK

Now Karen has taken the processes, tools and training that she successfully implemented in the corporate and manufacturing environment, and offers them to individuals and groups to help them achieve personal effectiveness.   These processes and tools apply to any discipline in which you want to become more effective - time management, organization, meeting goals, even managing attention and focus challenges such as ADHD.

Karen is married and has two sons.  They reside in Stone Mountain, GA with three dogs, a cat, 4 doves, a sun conure, and a leopard gecko!
