BACKGROUND
Karen has been working in the area of adult learning
and development for more than 25 years. Most recently, she was responsible for leadership training for the US-based
manufacturing facilities for Coca-Cola North America. In that role, she developed and implemented the Supply Chain Leadership
Program, a year-long series of training, coaching and project work that focused on applying competency-based
and leadership training to business problems and projects. Training topics included the 7 Habits of Highly Effective
People, Project Management, Time Management, Coaching and Giving Feedback, to name a few. During the six years that
she facilitated the program, she was able to achieve a return on investment from this program of more than 200%.
