Do you control your week, or does your week control you?
Here's how it goes. You start every week with good
intentions. You tell yourself, "I'm going to hit the ground running and get things done this week!"
Then the phone rings, you open your email, the snail mail arrives, your family and/or co-workers want your time and attention.
When Friday rolls around and you look back, you haven't achieved the goals you had set for the week. You tell
yourself, "I'm going to start next week . . ."
Does that sound all too familiar? If so, you
are not alone.
